In ORD when we try to use print organizer after we load the files to print, the pen table doesn't automatically load and the scale to plot on a 11x17 paper comes in at ( 0.1660:1.000) instead of 2:1 that is set up in the print style.
When we print the sheets individually they work, just like they did in Inroads but Open roads is giving me fits trying to get it to work even though everything is the same from Inroads print styles.
Please give any advice on this topic, it would be greatly received.
Have you tried Tools>Apply Print Style in Print Organizer? Then save the thing.

Bob, thanks for the response, but I applied the print style to the set and it still stays at a scale of 0.166:1 instead of the correct scale of 2:1
Have you tried this same thing with just CONNECT? I've seen some things that work correct in CONNECT, but not in ORD. Specifically some of the Sheet Indexing functions. I do not use ORD or CONNECT very much so this is just a stab in the dark to troubleshoot something. Don't beat yourself up to find a solution in ORD if it is working in CONNECT. At least you will know if it is specific to ORD or it is a problem in both.

I can't help with the scale issue but with my printerdrivers.pltcfg I have hardcoded the pentables in the settings of the drivers.. it means I have quite a few printer drivers but they all have logical easy to understand names and users don't need to choose pentables they are automatic selected if you select the right printer ( not windows only Bentley printers which I have customised)..

Lorys, thank you for your response, we have the same situation but we have the automatic selection for the pen table setups for both windows and bentley printers. So the issues is what i have setup in inroads and works doesn't work in open roads and the are exactly the same printer configs.
