When I try to run print organizer the menu does not load. It was working fine in the morning and bombed-out later in the day
I notice in the message center it says
Printer print style '30x42' applied.
Default print style applied.- 30x42 (c:\cad\workspace\standards\dgnlib\cw2016.dgnlib)
I am able to create single plot files with the print command

I know I'm not going to get any support on this from Bentley because it's not Connect edition, I personally think that is an awful business model. You have a product that still works and thousands are still using until you get Connect bugs worked out. ( At least that's the gist of what I'm reading) In my humble opinion, I get the feeling like we are testing a beta version. After decades of promoting Bentley software, I can say I can no longer do so. It's Heartbreaking
