A few weeks ago I updated the Microstation to the V8i series 10.
Since 3 days ago I can't print documents from my computer with microstation, I use the command ctrl + P or I go to file - print and the print menu doesn't appear.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?

A couple of thoughts - is the plot dialog box maybe off the screen? On the Main Menu bar go to WINDOW the look at the bottom of the list for 'Print'In the key in window type "PRINT EXECUTE" see what happens - also keep an eye on the message center and the prompts in the lower left.You could also try renaming your UPF file to see if that's part of the problem.

I restarted the microstation and opened the window on the main bar and minimizing the program the print toolbox appeared.
