Hi,
When two of us are converting SAME Microstation CAD file into a PDF file, we get differently scaled drawings as result.
#1 picture is What I WANT to get (what another person got) and #2 picture is WHAT I GET. I never had this issue but recently I am getting the #2 result.
You would notice how the spacing between the border line and white page margin is wider on #1 then #2. #1 border is slightly closer to the left side whereas #2 the spacing is tight across except top.
#3 is the other person's screen when he tries to convert a drawing to PDF and #4 is my screen. This affects drawings that are drawn to scale and I need this fixed really badly.
If I were to manually change the size on that screen, then scale number changes on its own, and if I were to change scale number to match his, size number changes.
When I am batch converting with Interplot, I see the same result so something must have gone wrong but I really cannot figure out how to go back to it.
I am using the same setting file and I have replaced with the other person's just to make sure my file was corrupted. It did not fix.
I am using fence to print/convert and since the other person is successfully able to convert same CAD file as me, I believe it is Interplot's issue.
Can someone please please help me?
Thank you,
I'm sorry guys. I got it fixed.. it was printer setting, and the problem has been solved. I can't seem to find a way to delete this post so please ignore! Thank you
You may be able to help other people if you can let us know which printer setting it was. Thanks.

Yeah. So it had nothing to do with Interplot. Well, I went into my printer properties -> General -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Margins then realized Margin was set to "NONE" instead of "STANDARD." I never touched printer setting before and it happened to me to I guess others may have this issue. I hope this helps!
