I am showing in the left side of the border the file path $FILE$, since the file is on Project wise with a structured folder system is too long, I do not want to show the whole path.

you need to go to pentable > textsubstitution> edit>insert design file > you will then have 3 choices I add all 3 so you can use any  later

Choices are

> short

> abbreviated

> long

in your case its either short or abbreviated then in the table you will see the text format  change what you have in text in your title block..

from long ie   $FILEL$  to

$FILES$

or

$FILEA$
