Hello Folks,
Is it possible for a Print Driver to pick a Printing Preference from a "automatically"? If it can, how do I do it? Say I'm using Printer Driver "!WN_OCEPW750-half-rm312_WTR.pltcfg" and I want to use the "Image" option of "Pure CAD" from the OCEPW750 Printing Preferences. Where can I specify that from within the Print Driver, so every time the user uses this Print Driver it will use this OCE Printing Preference? Or perhaps another way would be to use the OCE Printing Preferences Templates?
Thank You for your help, W
If you make the change in Windows printer settings, they will then be there when you print from Microstation.

Right, But I don't want it to be the default setting.
The Print driver for MicroStation can only really control "standard" settings for a printer. Custom, printer specific settings still have to be set in the printer driver itself, as far as I know.

The best thing you can do in this case is to create a new printer instance on the machine/server, name it (if possible) with its purpose, and then set the settings as a default. Then you can set the PLTCFG to automatically print to this specific Windows printer all the time for this purpose.
