Custom Linestyles Displayed as Solid Lines When Printing From Organizer

I have asked a similar question here, but others in my organization are having the same issue. The MS version having the issue is SS4 - 08.11.09.867.

I have gone through the proposed solutions in the previous post and more, including:

•      Changing the "MS_PLT_ENGINE_CMDLINE_ARGS" variable from [Undefined] to "-ws_GDOT_USER=1", because the target reads ""C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\Microstation V8i (SELECTseries)\Microstation\ustation.exe" -ws_GDOT_USER=1"
• Changing the preferences option of opening the files in the organizer as read only to read/write by unchecking the box. That solution is here.

The linestyle shows up in the dgn file but when printed to PDF it is a sold line. The pentable does not change the linestyles.

Are there any other possible solutions to this issue? Thank you!

The lines in question are the Sd1-S lines.
