Clip mask not showing up properly in PDF

In my container file I am clipping my geometric and existing topography files with a clip mask. I have a separate file created that has the boundaries I want for my clip. I place a fence on the boundaries with the fence by element tool and then do my clip mask. All of the lines I want to clip do get masked and everything shows up properly in the container file. The same goes for the sheet files. All of the sheet files show everything clipped exactly correct. But, when I print my sheets, my clip masks do not come through and everything that I had wanted to mask shows up in the PDF. This only happens when I print the sheets using the print organizer.

Does anybody know why this is happening or how to fix it?

I am using Power GEOPAK V8i (SELECTseries 10)
