Pen Table Colours in Cached Views - V8i

I have a few elements in a model that have rgb colour values. I have set up the pen table to print these as black, but when I switch to a cached view that come back as yellow again. Any reason why the pen table is ignored in the cached view?

    If you're using symbology in your search criteria this may be different in the cached view. Check your pen table settings.

    1. Open the Pen Table in the editor

    2. Select the Pen Table Options button in the bottom left of the dialog


    3. Select the Element symbology comparison mode drop-down at the top of the Options dialog.

    4. Check the setting of this against your selection criteria. You may need to adjust for changes in the cached view.
