Using Print Organizer, when attempting to add a particular file, the following message appears.
I have defined Print Styles that searches a reference file to apply a fence shape according to color and weight of the shape. Issue is specific to this one particular design file.
Anybody have any ideas?
Microstation V8i (Select Series 2) - Version 08.11.07.443
Thanks,
Terry
What is different about that file? Are there duplicate elements, or is it looking at a different reference file?
While I suspect there's something different going on with that one file I have, on occasion, run into files that just don't want to print. On those occasions I usually just have to save off the bad file and recreate it.

I have removed the few duplicate elements contained in the file. Tried to batch print again and still same issue. All the files I am printing has the same reference file attached that holds the border sheet shape file that Print Organizer searches for. I failed to mention that I also have the following message appear as well....
I upgraded Microstation to 08.11.09.916. Tested the problem I was having and the issue was still present. After coming across an article on the matter, I made an adjustment to my Print Style to search for a shape in any reference file containing the logical name of Border or Ref. Tested the change on the files that were not working before and on files that were working and it works great without any errors generated. Of course, I might have to continue to update the reference names accordingly. Here is a screen shot....
OK, That makes sense. Thank you for sharing!

Hi Terry thats still v8i SS10 so you can still use the old batch plot mdl its just hidden and only works from the keyin to bring up the tool, you'll find it much faster than print organiser ... but is not available at all in CE ... if your using sheet models for printing then print organiser is very easy...with batch plot you have to filter out the non sheet models

You are welcome. FYI...above fix still works great.
Thank you very much for the info.
