I have a teammate who is assisting me on a project and cannot print any of the sheets that have an excel table linked to them. We cannot remove the links as the tables still change and need to be easily updated.
He is able to insert, move, and update the tables within the sheets, seems to have full functionality. However when we go to plot them this happens (below) and the sheets just plot without the table.
It doesn't matter what he selects for the printer or pen table and we cannot seem to find a configuration variable that impacts it. However other members of the team can open them and print them without issue, so it doesn't appear to be the file.
Levi,
In the Plot dialog box go to SETTINGS > RASTER OPTIONS, make sure they have PRINT RASTER IMAGES checked

I was unaware an OLE linked spreadsheet was a raster?

Mary,
Yes, at least as far as printing is concerned. I forget how I stumbled across this.
Good to know! I wouldn't have thought of that. Thank you for sharing!
