Yes, I see the same problem on my PC also.

I am curious why the file is structure in such way: Several levels of nested cells makes navigation slow and complicated. On the other hand, it's size-efficient, because when dropped to individual geometry, the size grows from 1 MB to 52 MB ;-)

I think no simple and quick help exists. What I see in memory dump, created after MicroStation crashes, there is memory corruption (heap corruption) in geometry processing code. Nobody than developers is able to say whether the problem is in the code itself, or maybe the geometry is created in incorrect way (I see several such DWG files in the past).

I recommend to create Service Request and to send the file to Support team. But I assume, without analysis done by developers, it's hard to say where the real problem is.

"I would like to inform you that this issue resulted in Defect Report 689763, and will be evaluated by the product management team for our regular CONNECT Edition updates.

Meanwhile I would recommend using following workflow: Using MicroStation V8i SS10 to convert file to 3d pdf."

what happens if you convert to dgn first and use the compress features and  remove duplicates in the clean up.etc .. does it still crash connect?
