When using bentley print to pdf drivers (pdf.pltcfg) if I click "Print to File" then nothing happens.
Using the windows drivers allows me to print without issue.
How can I fix this?
Kind regards,
Tom
You're correct that the paper size isn't correct I'd just used that for a test. I've printed on all sorts of paper sizes before and it should work, there's just empty space around the actual sheet.
And yes it is an electrification drawing, UK based!
I honestly don't know if it does make a difference. I neve use the Print to File button. I always assumed that button was meant to be used with a driver set to a physical device, but you wanted to create a pdf or jpeg, etc. I guess I feel that is a legacy option carried forward from the days pre-pdf driver.

OK, the reason for asking was just to rule out any strange setting somehow causing the print process to fail.
Yes the bottom left of the sheet is at 0,0. This is all set up using specific seed files that I've had no issues with in the past.
Yep I've closed an re-opened, it's been acting this way for a few weeks.
It is hosted on ProjectWise, but I've printed things hosted there this way before.
I'm not sure on the last point unfortunately, it might be time to contact my IT team for help.
