  • Hi,

    Thanks for answering me

I do Print from MicroStation directly to PDF.

Below I attached yellow color, this also I try one by one Plot drive.

Some file converted to PDF (But take 1 to 2 hrs), this file size is 2 to 3 MB

But particularly 2 drawings only not converted, this file size is 4MB

I try to 3D to 2D conversion, That conversion also did not come, same error message came.

Can you help any other method is there ? for PDF conversion

    Thanks & Regards
    Ramachandran.

  • I am still missing the exception log. Please share it! In exception dialog, there is "Click here to see..." message, pointing to the log.

Also, ensure you use original driver files. From you image, it seems modified pltcfg drivers are used, and it's not clear whether they come from some older MicroStation version (which can be risky), or V8i SS10 files were modified.

Can you confirm, whether the same file can be printed (using printer.pltcfg) to normal Windows printer (laser of inkjet office device)? It's crucial to know whether the whole printing system does not work, or only PDF format causes the problem.

I guess graphics card is used for some data processing during printing (but I do not remember it well for V8i version). Can you ensure your drivers (both Intel and Nvidia) are up to date? And in the case of Intel, where drivers are notoriously buggy, also graphic card firmware is updated?

    With regards,

P.S. Why did you do not insert Capture and Error message images using Insert > Insert image tool? Now, when clicked, the answer is lost, because rasters are displayed instead of the discussion :-(
