We are trying to print a custom linestyle that was created by our client. This is a 6" White Edge Line. When we print it looks choppy and not smooth. When they print it looks smooth. I have tried different drivers and changed settings like line cap and line join within the driver and had no luck. Any ideas?
Has your client sent you their PLTCFG, PEN and design script files? They may be using something customized that they haven't passed along to you.

Thanks Mary. They have provided their PEN and Settings file. I used their PEN file when printing the Bad option above. They use IPLOT where as we use the Print Organizer/Plot Dialog.
That is an important piece of information that we didn't have before. IPLOT has a lot more settings than just a pen table and a PLTCFG file. They may indeed have other settings affecting their output.
There is a forum dedicated to printing & plotting. You may be able to find more information there, or people who have better knowledge.
