I'm using the following code in a function key to print from my border level. I use this for pdf's and prints currently in 11x17. Can't figure out why it won't do it on a letter size.
place fence; level element select C-COMM-OVHD; PRINT DRIVER HSC_DCCprint.PLTCFG; print papername letter; PRINT RICOH IM C3500; print execute
Any suggestions?

All printing key-ins are accessible from the MDL application “plotdlg.ma.” You can execute a one-step key-in before or after loading “plotdlg.ma

I've used this before. However, i don't currently have a plotdlg.ma to load in the mdl list. The key in doesn't work for me either.
I just called it out like this:
place fence; level element select C-COMM-OVHD; dialog plot; PRINT DRIVER HSC_DCCprint.PLTCFG; print papername 11x17; print maximize; PRINT RICOH IM C3500; print execute
Thank you for your help
