Hi!
I'm running into kind of weird issue with Print Organizer - I have found a workaround, but would like to know why this may occur.
So, I'll start up one of the DGNs that don't seem to work with the Print Organizer, start the Print Organizer. After I load up the Print Organizer, and add in the drawings, and select/don't select the print definition with some of the drawings, the Print Organizer goes through the process of adding in the print definitions, and etc. But, at the end of it, there aren't any drawings below the Untitled .pset. And repeating the steps noted above yields the same result.
However, if I use another drawing from a completely unrelated set - drawings finally appear in the print organizer, and can be batchplotted - even the ones that I had tried with the first steps noted above would appear as well.
It's a an odd issue, and it seems to have happened to some other people I've been working with and so I wanted to see what your thoughts were on this.
Thank you for your time, and I really appreciate the help on the topic!
Hi Joyce
What Print Styles settings do you have on the Fence tab?
Hi Barry - could you clarify what you mean by the Fence tab? Thank you!
This what I mean:
this is how mine looks as I use Sheet models, and I have zero issues with the PO when batch-plotting.
Please provide information for how you set search criteria for your drawings. Are you using sheet models or drawing models? Post screenshots of all settings of PO when adding sheets. We need details in order to troubleshoot as there are a lot of options

Hi mwlong,
The preferences show that the sheet models are preferred.
Please see below for images of the process I use for the print organizer.
(Also, apologies - I placed those solid boxes over project information and etc. - but I hope that doesn't take away from the approach that's being used.)
Also, for the image where the print styles are defined - I used what Barry had suggested, but it yielded the same result.
Thank you so much for your time!
