I am using Microstaion V8i, SS4. I have a raster image attached to two different dgn files. One file prints to pdf, showing the raster image frame, the other does not.. Is there a setting that controls this?
Have you checked to see what the Print Border attribute shows in the file where it is visible?

I figured out print attributes, but it did not make a difference. I compared the print attribute settings with the file that is not printing the box around my image, and still no results.
If you Box or Line select over the edge of the raster (which has the boundary when printed), does it show more than 1 in the element counter (selection set)?

I get the same issue also. I tried to toggle Print Border attribute on\off. If I choose Vector print, the lines disappear yet the file doubles in size & you lose the ability to search text in the pdf.. Is there anything else we can try?
