I had an issue with Interplot was not printing. After troubleshooting the printer, I went into the driver and noticed that the The PRINT PROCESSOR underneath the advanced tab of the server print driver is being changed from WINPRINT to the HPIPP231 once again. I changed it back to WINPRINT and now it is back to working. Every time this happens, it prevents users from being able to print through "Interplot".
Is there a way to find out how a setting on the print driver is getting changed?
This is the ProjectWise Deliverables Management forum, that doesn't use InterPlot so you should move this message to the appropriate location.
If this is strictly about InterPlot & InterPlot server I would move to the Print & Plotting forum:
https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/microstation_printing/f/
If this is about the interplot server that is bundled with ProjectWise's i-Model Composition Server (projectwise renditions) then the ProjectWise Publishing forum is probably better:

This sounds more like a Windows issue than an InterPlot issue. I can't recall a setting anywhere that forcibly changes that print processor. Not in any of the iplot cfg files or in set files or ips files submitted ot the server. If it were somewhere I would suspect it would be in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\InterPlot\IPLOT\config\iplotsrv.cfg file, but I don't see anything in there related to the print processor on my server.
If you haven't already, I'd open a ticket on this with Bentley.
