We were given a .csv for printing our sheets with a set of page numbers but we have not used a .csv file before for printing our sets with print organizer does anyone have a quick how to, to help us implement this?
We would probably have to see your CSV to tell you specifics.
I have seen this done where the CSV has both a column of text that looks like $XXXXXXXX$ where "XXXXXXXX" is some way to identify the sheet, followed by a column for the sheet number. The whole CSV is copied into a pen table under the area for text substitutions. A piece of text is placed into every sheet that matches exactly with that file identifier. Then, when the sheets are ready to be printed, that piece of text is substituted with the corresponding number. That's the process that I've seen. Other people may have others.

I've never done it, but it should be possible.

What product (MicroStation, ORD, ...) and version (V8i, CONNECT) are you using?
There is nothing automatic in Print Organizer to have it use a csv file.
I agree with MaryB

An example of your title block in your dgn file where the sheet number is placed would also be useful.
