Pen table help with terrain model

I'm trying to get my pen table to make appropriate modifications to the elements in my Terrain Model.

This is a terrain model created in ORD by the survey workflow

I'm selecting the appropriate levels in and have chosen all element types, I just want to change the color for testing purposes. (Pen table text below)

It's just not selecting the elements, I can modify the other elements as I want without any issue
