I'm adding a file to print organizer that has multiple models and each models there are multiples sheets to print. I have defined the print area as fence tab defined from cell or even defining from shape, it doesn't keep the settings and printing just one random sheet. How can I print several sheets in several models in one file?
I am running Microstation v8i SS10. Thank you!
There is a check box on the tab to define the shape or cell for "Create one print definition for each matching shape". You want to enable that for any model that has more than one sheet-shape/cell to plot. Otherwise it will recognize the first shape it sees and ignore the rest.

MaryB, you mention to check box to "create one print definition for each matching shape" I can't find in which tab is this option? I don't know why, when I try to to go to tools define print styles, the widow to define it doesn't pop up.
Thank you.
That's just the Projectwise addin detecting you're not logged into Projectwise and unloading itself.

You need to create a .dgnlib and have your print styles defined in this file. Make sure MS_DGNLIBLIST or MS_DGNLIBLIST_PRINTING is pointing to this file. This allows the print styles to be available to all users.

When I try to define my print styles in PO tools<Define Print Styles the window to set it up doesn't pop up anymore, I don't know what happened. I looked MS_DGNLIBLIST and didn't change anything, it's all set.
Maybe the dialog for Print Styles is off screen somewhere. Try reducing your resolution to the lowest possible on each monitor and see if it is out in space. If so, drag it back before the resolution changes back to normal.
Now in Message Center is saying "PLOTDLG unloaded" What is it mean?

That message appears when you have the normal Plot Dialog open. Upon closing the dialog the message center just notes that it was unloaded. I don't believe that has anything to do with PO
