I'm trying to create a new print styles tools > define print style the window to define doesn't show up, even while working on .dgnlib, I don't understand why, any clue? Using Microstaion SS10.

Could be the dialog is open but off screen somewhere. Change your monitor resolution to the lowest setting possible. If the dialog becomes visible, drag it to the middle of the screen then revert the resolution to your normal setting. Use Save Settings right away so the dialog does not go back to the old position when you restart Microstation
