Reference boundary is popping out in print out. Any idea of how to turn it off? "Note: There are 2 references in same drawing, but border of only one reference pops out when I pull print out. Boundary display is off in attributes."

try changing the boundary level to non printable in the level manager ... but its hard to diagnose without samples and screen shots and settings and dgn and printer setup and you have not told us what version of microstation nor your work flow to print ...
