Code for Pen Table or DSCRIPT to Set Construction Class Elements to No Plot

Is there a code to put in a Pen Table or DSCRIPT file to tell it that Construction Class elements should be No Plot? We use a DSCRIPT file to pass most of our information to iCS for running renditions, and I'd like to add a code to make sure that Construction Class elements don't print since ORD puts lots of items on construction class.
