What software, and what version of that software are you using? Specific version number (10.xx.xx.xxx) please.

What sort of file are you printing - DGN or DWG?
Are you trying to print to a PDF, a local printer or a network printer?
Are you using ProjectWise?

What sort of error are you facing?
Is it an error message?
Is something not printing?
Is something printing incorrectly?

Can you please explain thoroughly, with as much detail, what you are doing and what exactly is not working the way you expect.
