I have a file where a reference is clipped (using a fence but not rectangular). It appears fine on screen and when creating PDFs, but when I print to a printer or plotter, a hidden portion of the clipped reference is printing. Maybe my .pltcfg is incorrect somehow?
I've attached an image (clipping.jpg) with yellow highlight showing where the reference should be clipped. Another image showing how it should print (correct.jpg), a pltcfg file, and Sample.dgn
For now I can create a PDF then print, but I'd like to send directly to print obviously.

Maybe not so much an answer as it is a solution. What seems to make this work relates to the element and reference being used to clip the reference. In our case, we use a Cliprd01.dgn containing our clipping shape used for clipping a master motif file. When that clipping shape reference is turned off, Print Organizer will completely disregard the clip and print everything beyond the boundary (as if no clip was used). By keeping the clipping reference on and using Level Manager to toggle off plot column of the clip shape level, print organizer recognizes the clip.
