When I get a .pset file set up, I go to add the files by dragging them to into print organizer. After it apparently loads all the files, I get the following error. Any ideas?
"Exception encountered inside [WorkerMicroStationProxy.LoadDesignFile] "
Message details:
The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state."

You most likely have a vertical product installed that is not compatible with Print Organizer's non-graphics worker process. For example, GeoPAK 8.11.5, Byers plotting, personal MDL apps, etc.
Try with a default, unmodified untitled workspace. If that works, then add vertical apps one by one until you determine which one is causing the problem.
