So, I am fairly new to MicroStation, but I am getting the hang of it, however, I do have one serious snag. I cannot seem to get the print organizer to do what I am trying to do.
I have been all over the forum, have Googled for tips, have played around with it endlessly, and have even asked a couple guys in the office, but to no avail.
So here's the situation: I am trying to re-make a book to use as a physical index for all of my cell libraries. The format that I would like to use is the 2x4 grid that Cell Utilities creates, because it looks nice, it has all the info I need, and it generates nicely. That part isn't the problem. Now I need to print all of it.
I did manage to print it fine by fencing off each page one at a time. This, unfortunately will not work for me though, as some of my cell libraries contain hundreds of pages of cells.
I imagine that there is a way to do it in Print Organizer, but unfortunately I am not well versed enough in it to figure out how. I tried playing with shapes and levels in fence creation for a new print style, but I ended up only getting it to select 1 page...
Is there anyone out there who has done what I am trying to do?
To whom it may concern,
Why not using HTML author?
How are you setting your sheet models for print?

Take a look at this thread:

Verify you are selecting the "Create on print definition for each matching shape" option

@Frank_Klein - Thanks, but I guess print organizer was just the first tool I got to for it. I'm not very familiar with HTML author, and don't know what it can do, but I already know that I like the layout that Cell Utilities makes.
@RodWing - Thank you very much! You called it, I had it only set to select the first one. After I changed that one little radio button, it worked perfectly! Too bad I never came across that thread when I was searching :/
Thanks to both of you for your help and quick responses!
To add to what Frank mentions, you might want to take a look at what Utilities > HTML Author has to offer. More information on this utility can be found in Help > Contents under Menu > Utilities Menu > HTML Author.
