We are currently moving from ustn 2004 to SS2 and I'm in the process of creating new plt config files for our printers/plotters. I have every printer working perfectly but I've got an old
HP 755CM color plotter that I'm having a problem with. I used the HPGL-2 for ustn 2004 and never had a problem, but with the new format for SS2. it appears that the windows printer.pltcfg is the way to go.
My problem is getting the different sheet sizes to plot correctly on the plotter. They cut off at the top and bottom, not plotting everything My goal is to place a fence around the sheet border, pick the correct sheet size in the plotting routine,have the scale be correct automatically, and print. I have been working to get Ansi D (22 x 34) set up and I've experimented with everything that I can change to achieve my goal. The closest I can come is getting everything to plot, but I have to set the scale every time. I work with many different scaled drawings, so setting the scale in the config file is not an option.
I'm attaching my pltcfg. Maybe someone has had this same problem.
