I am struggling with setting up the boundaries for a scene in Print Organizer ...
My goal is to print view1 in a PDF file.
Here's a screenshot of such a scene:
When I now add it to Print Organizer the preview looks like this:
How can I bring view1 completely into the PDF? How do I have to set the boundaries so that it shows the complete view?
Are you just plotting by View 1 with no other shape or cell to define the print area? I would suggest using a saved view and using that as your search criteria. If you use View 1 and someone goes into the file and zooms to a specific area then exits the file saving the settings, you just print the zoomed area.
Hope that makes sense.

I have already tried to use saved views but in this case the preview as well as the PDF file are completely blank ...
Looks like it could be one of two things:
The View is not Maximized on the printed area.
A Print Attribute is turned on "Clip Front/Back" If you turn it off it will display rest of image.

Have you tried turning on the rasterised option in the print dialog, this often fixes pdf issues for me...

Is this just what it looks like in the print organiser? or does it look 'cut away' in the actual pdf created?
I have noticed on my system the thumbnail prieview doesn't always complete drawing the image which is to be printed, due to a timeout :-
it says in the "message center" right at the bottom of the screen, something like "preview cannot be completed due to timeout error"
maybe, maybe not - just a thought.
