When we print a filled area including at least one hole, we get some lines joining the hole's vertices and the area's vertices. We only get these lines when we print the documents on paper, never in a pdf file. Have you got a solution to avoid this problem ?
What version of MicroStation do you see this in?
Also,
What type of printer are you getting your paper output from. I know that in the past I have had to specify "Use alternate fill pattern instead of winding fill pattern" with the Oce printers, but this was because some filled areas would not get filled and some holes would get filled.

We are using MicroStation v. 08.05.01.25.
The users tried to print on plotters, and I tried on an office printer, the problem is always present.
Would you mind giving us a sample file and .plt file so that I can test it on what was the last certified version of MicroStation V8 (08.05.02.70). Most helpful would be a scan copy of your output.
Here are the file and the used .plt. I don't have a scanner handy right now, I'll try to add a scan copy later.
