[v8] Filled area with a hole printing problem

Question

When we print a filled area including at least one hole, we get some lines joining the hole's vertices and the area's vertices. We only get these lines when we print the documents on paper, never in a pdf file.
Have you got a solution to avoid this problem ?

A service request was filed on this issue, then my client pressed me to take care of more urgent problems and decided to drop the subject using other ways to make their prints.
