An issue came in today that I think will benefit the community to see troubleshooting techniques as we work toward a resolution.

i am sending this under the geopak support because i do not know what version of microstation was used to make this build.
we have an issues with print organizer printing dgn files where we have pdf images attached.
the files print fine using a microstation plot driver but when we use the
same driver file inside the print organzer the pdf files do not show.
i saved the pdf files as tif file then the images printed inside of print organizer. - is printing pdf files supported inside of print organizer?
Yes, Print Organizer supports PDF Raster Manager attachments. Can you test with straight MicroStation? If not, can you upload the dataset, including the pltcfg?
I performed a successful Print Organizer test using Power GEOPAK 08.11.07.620 with a sample design file, a PDF Raster Manager attachment, and the default pdf.pltcfg driver.

This issue seems to be related to the graphics driver on the machine
We have some machines that it plots fine from and others it does not – we are looking into the graphics driver

On rare occasions I’ve seen video issues cause raster not to print. Updating the video driver to the current version is a good idea.
Also, is Descartes installed on the machines experiencing the problem? If so, remove dcartes.cfg from ..\config\appl, restart Power GEOPAK, and then test Print Organizer.
