Create bookmarks in pdf file using Print organizer

I generate pdf plot files with multiple pages using print organizer. I would like to have the pdf file generate bookmarks for each page. How can I do this?

Within the plot driver settings there is an option to Enable BookMarks under the Driver Properties tab. Also, are you merging all of the pdf files to one document with your print job? If you are creating a .pdf file with one sheet per file you would not have bookmarks.
