How to print 11x17 paper sizes using pscript.pltcfg.

Solution

Edit pscript.pltcfg as follows:
1) Select Paper Sizes> add "11x17" (or "ANSI B")
2) Under Base Properties>Advanced>choose "Prolog File Name" browse to and select "HPTTABL1.PRO".
3) Save changes and reload printer driver.

Note: Canon printers may not understand the entries in the HPTTABL1.PRO file. One workaround is to edit HPTTABL1.PRO and replace the "Tabloid1" entry with "11x17". This worked for a Canon IR 5075 PS3.
