    Problem

    Where should  Print Styles be stored?

    Solution

    For best practices Print Styles should be stored in a DGN library. They can be saved in the DGN file in which you created the style, but that style will only be available when that particular DGN is opened. The Print Organizer interface can show you the Print Styles available by doing the following:
    Select Tools->Apply Print Styles...
    The resulting interface will show the name of the Print Style and the name of the file it resides in.
