I have filed Defect 305979 on this since there seems to be a delay when the dgnlib file is on a network drive.

Hi Alex,

I am seeing a delay when I have this particular dgnlib in the ms_material path. I'm currently investigating with a few others to see what may be the cause. I'll keep you posted as we progress with this.
