I've been working on a fly-thru for a road project in Microstation/Power InRoads SS4. I rendered frames for the video and used Adobe Premiere Pro CC5.5 to stitch them together as an .avi file. The problem is that the mesh DTM, which is

RE: Aerial Draped DTM Flickering

Cool glad to hear you have it sorted.
I see only 2 possibilities
first: change or rearrange mesh structure , /pls send more infos about mesh , maybe it is tooo complicated , pict in wireframe mode/
second: download more quality or others aerials and join or rearrange them in photoshop to bigger quality
keep fingers
regards
I know you are a busy guy, but was wondering if you got the .pzip I posted last week and was wondering if you had any success with the rendering? The project is due next week, but it will take several days for me to rerender the sequence if there is a solution. I discovered that on the frames themselves the "ground" appears to be "crawling". If you have any additional thoughts, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

RE: Aerial Draped DTM Flickering

It still looked wrong in movie player.

I uploaded a pzip using the secure file upload. I hope that contains all that you need. If not, please let me know. Thanks for taking a look at this. I really appreciate it.
Did you try loading the frames in MicroStation's Movie Player to see if you see the problem?

RE: Aerial Draped DTM Flickering

Yes, the aerial isn't the greatest resolution. Also, it may be worth mentioning that the mesh the photo is draped on had hundreds of thousands of facets before I broke it up into a bunch of smaller meshes. I tried to upload a frame, but the forum doesn't seem to like .bmp. Could I email it to you? If you would like to see all the frames that flicker (approx 2000) or for the entire job (2700), please let me know the best way to get them to you. Thanks.

The draped texture looks to be very low resolution.
