I have a 3D model (attached) with surfaces (in yellow) and I need to "fill" the surfaces as a solid.
The geometry is complicated and this is all I have to work with.
I am really struggling to find a way. Is there a way to do this?

Ah, understood.
There is a command called Solid by Thicken Surface that can... well like it says, it thickens a surface and makes it a Solid.
See the screen shot from V8i SS3.
Hi JJ,
I agree - a "fill between surfaces" would be a useful tool.
I've had a go at creating the slide using the standard "thicken surface", "fillet edges" and "subtract solids" tools, with fairly accurate results. See attached.

I recreated the side surfaces to the "Slide" as I do not believe the existing ones matched. Having recreated I then selected all the surfaces and used the ' Stitch Surfaces ' tool to join them and convert to a solid.
