CUDA ? How to speed up display ?

is it problem in general or just this dwg/dgn file ?

if problem is only original dwg,
probably was made in upgraded Autocad, e.i. revit or something as "plug in" software, some forgotten blocks / cells/ , parametric , nurbs,...all unknown operations makes chaoss and MSV8i probably is not able to identify them
open new dgn, attach dwg as reference
layer by layer copy from easy to unknown elements, and check how it works, a little bit a timeconsumpted job, try to find conflict,
then replace BAD elements in Dwg, directly from person who put into drawing / from his library as it possible,

maybe yes , this file is totally wrong....

But in other projects i don't see much speed between my older 970 GTX vs new 1080 GTX - i always have a big files
