I created camera script for driving along the road. It was done with OpenRoads drive-thru tool. Exported dgn to Lumen, but this annimation is not visible.
Is is possible to create drive thru animation with the driver view perspective and export it to Lumen?
I didn't find a way to create camera animation along path. Guess it should be possible somehow. It is hard to mimic that with key-frames methods in Lumen.
I will appraciate your help.
Hello All,
Adding to David useful information.
Here is Link for the video, how you can use the tool mentioned in the video.

As Max pointed out if update 12 is used the animated camera path is exported directly from MicroStation Update 12 based products. Alternatively you can link the camera to a car directly in LumenRT:
Update 12's enhancements notes included "MicroStation animated camera path export" - so it should be possible, but I've not tried this.

I too am interested in a solution for this. Have you found one?
For now I found out it is not possible to animate camera along path. Even when exporting from microstation. It looks it is possible only with SketchUP.
Is there any other way to animate camera in LumenRT than by keyframes?
In order to get drive thru annimation I had to add key frames. Not really effective way to do that, I would like to force camera to follow the path with a given speed. now I try to mimic that by adding keyframes approx every 100m along the road and changing key frames tranistion time to have idea of car speed. I don't believe it is the best practice but didn't find anything better.
Can you share your ideas for drive through annimation?
Best,
Adam
