Hi Visualization community -
I have few 3D models generated from Contextcapture that I would like to share online with clients and co-workers. I have no problem viewing in on local machine, but I'm looking to upload and get a URL so that I can share it as a link and view it on Web browser.
Is there a way that I can accomplish this?
Thank you,
Chan
Ho Chan,
Cesium.org
With Cesium and a webserver (for example Node.js) you can share files from a computer that is connected to the internet. I afraid this way is not very user friendly (you need knowledge of Javascript), especially if you want more than only the standard ContextCapture export.
Here you can read how you can setup a webserver for Cesium with Node.js:

An advantage: It's Free (Open Source)!
Cesium.com
In the future, there wil be a commercial version of Cesium (Cesium.com). The Cesium Composer. Webspace and some standard actions can be done with a mouseclick. Unfortunately it's in Beta and only a selected group of people can use / test it. I think this is precisely what yo are looking for:

I only don't know when this great site will be released. Most of the functions are stable (but I'm afraid, some are also very buggy / not working, we might have to wait for a while for this solution).
Agency9.com
An other way to publisch Context Capture / Reality Models, is this developer:

I don't have experience with them, but there product (Cityplanner) looks promising and low-treshold. This could be a solution...
