When I try to use/download LumenRT content, I get a download error that says "Unable to contact server. Please make sure your computer is connected to the internet." I am of course connected to the Internet. I have also tried reinstalling LumenRT with no success. I was informed the server where the content is stored was down yesterday morning but should be back up. Is it still down? Is there another solution to fixing this issue? I would appreciate any help I can get with this issue, I really need the LumenRT content for a current project.

You can download the content installers for LumenRT from Select under Brands choose LumenRT then make sure you turn off the CONNECT Edition filter at the top of the page then you will see the content installers.

So I downloaded both of the Content packs. The People and Objects one downloaded and ran just fine. The plant one also downloaded but has an error on setup. I get a EONSetup error that says "The installer could not be started (error code #11009). Please make sure you downloaded the installer correctly." Any idea what this error means? If the server will be up in a day or so, I can wait and get the content there if the installer is broken. Thanks for your help.
