Our LumenRT Dynamic Content Servers are being worked on and are going to be down for sometime it appears. In the meantime, you can download and install the complete content libraries (Plants, People, Vehicles, Objects) from here:

Also, you should probably clear out your local LumenRT Content Cache after installing these libraries. To do this, go to your local LumenRT Conent Folder (usually this is in C:\ProgramData\e-onsoftware\LumenRT 2016\LumenRT Content\Cache) and delete everything that's in that folder.

I've installed LumenRT U11 and my LumenRT Content folders show "~empty.lob" files.
LumenRT instructs me to "Please download the offline content installer"... but it's nowhere to be found in Software Downloads.
The Visualization Wiki titled "How install LumenRT Content" (sic) is out of date.
Please advise on how I can get this content.

Did you ever get to find out what HD Plants are all about?
I glad that helped.
No I haven't heard anything regarding the HD plants. I have been expecting a new version of the downloadable content , but so far nothing new is available.
