I just downloaded the trial version of LumenRT, and I got my model there, but I cant insert any object to it, trees, people, cars, etc.
I get a message, it says Unable to contact server please make sure your computer is connected to the internet, and I'm sure that I'm connected to the internet!
any idea what is the issue, and how to resolve this?

E-on software has been down for a while. Look at David's post "LumenRT Content Not Loading - Fix". You can get all the trees, people, cars, etc. by clicking on links provided.

Done that. didn't make any difference.
