I just downloaded the trial version of LumenRT, and I got my model there, but I cant insert any object to it, trees, people, cars, etc.
I get a message, it says Unable to contact server please make sure your computer is connected to the internet, and I'm sure that I'm connected to the internet!
any idea what is the issue, and how to resolve this?
thanks

Glad it worked for you. Not sure why it's not for Marc-Andre or Duncan.
Pavement markings is done in Microstation before exporting. Using a 2D design stenciled to a 3D.
Adding a material "dcdrape" to a terrain is what I typically use. Make sure the drapping is turn on the raster images. Having trouble, search it on the Forum. The quality isn't good but it works. If you have Decartes, use Scalable Terrain Model.
Hey Bob,
I apologize for the delay in response I was away last two weeks, I download the two files for the plants, and people, from David's post, and it is working, I can add trees, people, and cars.
I have two more questions since I'm new to Lumenrt,
1- how I can add pavement markings? do I do this in microstation before exporting the model? and how what tool I use?
2- how I add the aerial background to the model,
thank you for your help.
Done that. didn't make any difference.
