The LumenRT content for use in Microstation (LumenRT_Content.cel) contains 3D trees, cars and people. I still use Microstation for renderings and use the trees in this library because they look great, are moderately sized, and the price is right. Thank you, Bentley.
The problem I run into is that the 3D cars and the people in this cell library do not have material assignments. Am I missing something? Is this an oversight? There is no palette for the cars and/or people. When I fuexamine the 3D cars and people content I find there are also no material assignments or attachments.
I was hoping that the LumenRT Content Update v16.05.02.70 would have fixed these missing assignments. Will the 3D cars and people in "LumenRT_Content.cel" ever have material assignments for use in Microstation?

You are correct not all the cells have texture maps assigned as this is handled in Lumen.
While these cells don't have a texture map assigned they are meant as place holders as they are replaced when exporting to Lumen.
If you need fully textured cells there is still the legacy shared content that should be found under:
C:\ProgramData\Bentley\SharedContent
I have Materials Update v4 installed. Which "legacy" version has textured people? Is it still available for download? If it is not could it be made available?
The optional visualization content by default should have been installed as I mentioned it should be located under:

If the content is not there you can download it from our download site it is listed as Visualization Content
Sorry, but I'm afraid that does not really answer my question.
Hi Thomas,
I updated most of the LumenRT content to be proper MicroStation Cell libraries with textures and I believe these are scheduled to be delivered with MicroStation CONNECT Edition Update 10 which should be out this month.
Cheers,
Jerry
