I have tried to install LumenRT update 5 connect addition and when I try to open the program I get this message ...
Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to fix this? My previous version of LumenRT was GeoDesign 2015 from Eon Software and it has been uninstalled. Is the Update 5 the full installation or just an update?

Yes Update 5 is the full installation of the program.
I would first suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the product.
I got it figured out this morning. Turns out it was the Microsoft Customer Experience Improvement Program that was blocking it from opening. I changed my setting to not participate in the program and it works now.
