LumenRT U10 - Export Movie Clip Standard - Extremely Blurry

Hello,

When I use the following settings to export to an avi:

I get an AVI that looks like this:

If use the fast settings, it creates the AVI, and it's not blurry, but the cars and camera are moving 3-4 times to fast,

Any suggestions appreciated,
